Although originally known as a “Screw Machine Products Manufacturer” our machining capabilities to CNC machining. We are able to precision turn (within .0001 tolerances) from your plans or parts, in all grades of aluminum, brass, stainless steel, alloys, and other engineered plastics.
CNC Vertical Milling & CNC Lathe Work
Our CNC mills feature ultra high speed design. Thus, they are very
efficient for machining small light alloy components for high tech
equipment and products.
Our CNC Lathes have rigid beds for accurate, heavy-duty cutting. High
speed indexing cuts down time loss.
In our production area at this time we have 4 CNC Machining Centers, and
6 CNC Lathes, to provide you with the most current machining
capabilities and tolerance requests.
Manufactured Screw Machine Products
Producing precision screw machine products on both single, and multiple spindle machines ranging in size as small as 3/32ns to 2-1/4”. Our customer base includes OEMs such as, telecommunications, automobiles, conveyor components, environmental equipment and medical equipment, just to mention a few.
Secondary Services Available
Services such as deep hole drilling, milling, sanding and de-burring are available in-house to keep production moving while holding costs to a minimum.
